My ranks dont work

I add ranks like i found in tutorial https://help.forumotion.com/frequently-asked-questions-f5/ranks-t16692.htm but memeber dont get rank i make...what is problem?

Did you create a new rank? Did you change the members status and post count in order to receive that special rank?

Are you hotlinking the rank? Using someone elses url, when that someone else deletes the image, the image you used will disappear as well.

Is the rank title too large for the input field? In other words... do the letters in the url cut off like this...

When it should be...

If that is the case then you must shorten the images title, if your title url is moderatorRankImage, then just use m r for moderator rank

if that are special status that are not displayed??
go to profile of example member you want to make "moderator" and on his or her profile add him/her a status (buttom of the page) that you want to.
(moderator, admin....)
