Custom bbcode

you could use custom bbcode to create like [warning [/warning] tags with a window or [offtopic] and it will display off topic frame etc or some [steam]steamidhere[/steamid] etc stuff like that for games also

This will not work. BBCode cannot be combined with HTML - it can only be used to customize text in a text area such as forum posts or replies.

you use bbcode by html replacements

example:
its in phpbb by default and u get a box to put in bbcode usage box and html replacement heres bbcode usage box:
