Re: Change of the forum's address
when you made the name change you would of recieved an email confirmation and so would other admin if you have them, maybee that could help ya link back in, just a guess but it could proove usefull or useless
Re: Change of the forum's address
The OP said nothing about using a domain address - she just said "changed her address." I think it would be appropriate to ask why she changed it, to what, and if this is even a question of using a domain she purchased. IOW - you can't just "change your address."
Re: Change of the forum's address
yes you can, admin panel>general>forum adress
it's the first option right there.
it's the first option right there.
Re: Change of the forum's address
I stand corrected.
Now this is interesting - there were 2 more paragraphs to this message that aren't there. hmmmmm....

Re: Change of the forum's address
You can change your normal address, but you can't just automatically get a domain name.
Re: Change of the forum's address
Ok first off check the email you should have recieved that said the address was changed.
Secondly if that doesnt work try use the old address as it may not have changed yet can take up to 24 hours.
Thirdly if that doesnt work go here https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ log in using your first password and email or website address and try reset your forum to how it was just before you changed the name it should change the name back
