Change the PORTAL NAMES

Ok...whats up!!!!
My question is this:: Is there a way to change the name of EACH portal I make? Example:: I have a my name on the top of the tab or top of the page and then I go to one of my team members page and their name is there. I really hope you understand.

If anything, check out my fourm and check out my team members section....and then you might get a better idea.
