I think its great to be able to duplicate portal code blocks. The problem is not being able to rename them. For example if you have a mktg rollout date and have named the portal for that rollout MAY1_08_MKTG1 you may want to duplicate that and add new marketing for JUNE - being able to rename that new block really helps in organizing and identifying a block derived from an existing one.

I am requesting this function to be added.
