Forum Proposals clean-up

I have performed a proposals clean up today (28-07-2008)

• I have garbaged all unfinished and old threads.
  
• Threads that did not make the gallery were also garbaged, they are not deleted so you can still find them on the forum.
  
• All gallery admissions have been tagged and moved
  
• Support threads have been deleted
  
• All signatures that were entered before the new rule got moved to gallery
  
• All signatures that were entered after the new rule have been garbaged
  
• Tagged banners have been garbaged
  
• The proposals are ready for new entries
