Solved I cant promote my forum =( (help plz)

On forum promotion, I want to promote or advertise w/e and my forum is a videogame forum. So when i try to make a topic in "Games & RPG" It says "Sorry, but only users granted special access can post topics in this forum."
I can't go on it, can i please have access to it or something so i can make a topic about my forum! :nyuf:
