The admins cant do anything special

The admins on my forums cannot lock, deplace, or sticky a thread. ( exept me )
They are like normal members .
I dont know how to change this

Admin panel -> users and groups -> now heres where u can do 3 different things. You can either go into a members profile and then select permissions and allow them to mod/run any forum you have up or just 1 or 2. Or you can either go to group admin and then click on Mod or Admin and from there you can scroll to bottom hit find a user and then add them to your group. Last thing you can do is make a Rank that allows for control and then give your members this rank
