I'm not familiar with some of the terminology, so I thought that a color tutorial would help with pinpointing exactly where a color's location is. Thanks.

I believe they may be talking about what certain things are called on the forum such as what a "Row" refers to, or what "visited link" means, etc; so they will know what, where, and how to apply the coloring that they want.

That is easily found on the Colors section of your CP in the preview on the right of the page.
