I will be posting a better version of the flags for those who have a dark skin...

Mine are 3d animated flags for ALL countries...

206+ countries and I have like 238 flags w/ 1 blank for None Option...I have old files...If I'm short any flags its because of countries gaining independence since I got these files a couple of years ago...
