Weather banner

Hi. I'm trying to put a live weather to my forum from wunderground.
My forum is with forumotion.com, in Administration Panel, General Admin, Configuration, User and Forum Basic Settings the Allow HTML is checked to Yes. But theres no Allowed HTML Tags, I'm thinking that may be the reason I can't put the weather banner that shows current weather in my forum for my town.
So, my question is is theres a way to add the weather to my forum?

(Note: weather banner is not just a banner, it shows daily weather.
