How to use Special Ranks? Empty How to use Special Ranks?

The title says it all. I make a special rank like 'Beta-Tester', because one of my friends helped me test and I want to give him a special rank. But a normal rank needs an amount of posts or EVERYONE will become a 'beta-tester', so I made a special rank. How do I add him into the rank?

u have to go to your admin panel and edit that user.

Admin Panel >> User Management >> Select User

and then scroll to the bottom of the user page and change the rank
