Loading problems Empty Loading problems

I've tried to open my forum but it won't load. It only loads a little bit then stops, when I refresh it still won't open. This has happened before and got it to work again but now I can't get it to open.

Is there a way to fix it? I can't use my Admin part since it won't load.
