M:tG Card Tags on BBCode

Post by DarkRequiem on August 23rd 2008, 5:56 pm

Hello there.

I'm running a Magic: the Gathering forum and I'd like to use Card Tags.
This can easily be done with BBCode that would create a pop-up showing the card itself. I even have the coding that needs to be added:

Create a new BBCode in your ACP (BBCodes → Add a new BBCode) with the following values: BBCode usage "card", HTML replacement "<a href="http://magiccards.info/autocard.php?card={TEXT}">{TEXT}</a>", Help line: "MagicCards.Info Autocard".

Let me know if this is feasible, please.

I know this is really old, but this would be perfect for my group. Card tags are staple to the use of MTG forums.

In theory the above coding should work, all I can do is beg you install it, otherwise the sad thing is our group will have to move on to more professional software in the near future :/
