I Went to most free forum hosts ... they all have a user cp
can forumotion technicians make one please ...
i'd like to have one

A user CP is simply a term used in vbulletin. in phpbb it is usually called "profile"

no if you look for free phpbb3 hosts (newer)
you'll find user cp's

First of all, what is a user control panel? What does it do? Or is it just another term for profile?
EDIT: Just checked, and yes a user control panel is another term for profile.

but i saw user cp's they have arcade and profile and pm in one page

Then you should state what you want in the profile, because we already have a user CP (profile)
