User name changes.

Hello, I wanted to come up with this suggestion, how about an option on the admin panel where you can set a certain emount of days/weeks/months for when a user can change his user name.

(e.g. If a members changes his username, he wont be able to re-change it for the next *insert number here* Days/months/years) And also via admin panel, they can re-set the time limit for certain members, incase the member miss types there username)
