Private message pop-up problem

During the last couple of days, one of my forum member's PM pop-ups open only a quarter of the way across. He must stretch them to access and click the link. Has anyone else encountered this? Can it be corrected?

It depends if he/she has their internet to block pop-ups.

That's not the problem. He has allowed Pop ups. The site is fully enabled and nothing is blocking it. It's something that's come up during the last couple of days.

Perhaps it's a browser issue. Ask him to log out, clear his cookies and cache, and try again. If that doesn't work, ask him to try using a different web browser.
