My Affiliates Section is not Showing Up on my Forum?

I created a forum today. And I tried to add an affiliates section, but its not showing up on the actual forum itself. What do I do?

Under modules > forum widgets, I have affiliates enabled in the left column. It uses table type and here is the HTML Code inside the box.

Yes I know the brackets should be arrows, but I had to put them like that in this post to stop the HTML from actually working when viewing this post. Just replace the {s with < and the } with >

I can't spot any mistakes, but its not showing up anywhere on my forum? Any help would be much appreciated.
