New Forum - No Chatbox Connection

Chatbox has been enabled on my new forum. However, message that shows on the home page where the Chatbox is suppose to be located is:
"You are disconnected."

How do I get connected?

You just click on Login at the top right corner of the chatbox.

The Chatbox log in does not show on the screen. However, by moving the cursor all over the box, now and then the lettering will appear. What does constantly appear is the checkbox. I will tell my people to click the checkbox and move the cursor to the right and click even though there is no lettering and the right side of the check box appears blank.
