Newsletter not reaching all members

I sent a newsletter out to advise all members about the recent problems with the forum. After three attempts, there are still a lot of members who have not received the email/newsletter. I have checked their profile and status shows 'allow newsletters', and also their email addresses, I have also asked them to check their spam folders?

If you look at your sent box, are you sure you had selected "Email all members" and not admins / mods or inactive?

definitely went to all members, it seems around 7 out of 10 members have had it.

Are you sure then that you have correct email adresses?
One way or the other check:

Email Adresses (again)
Maybe you have a grp called Members and you selected that instead of All Members
Sometimes emails take 1 day to arrive!

I dont have any groups, only members or the administrators/mods. I sent the first newsletter yesterday morning.

Any ideas on how to resolve this, as I need to send a newsletter out this weekend and want it to reach all members?
