problem with the languages

Hi,
About my problem.
My forum is http://basarabia.discutfree.com

The main language on the forum is - romanian, generally for the forum ( the buttons, etc.) is english.

The problem is that I have a category in russian language, where I started to work on russian version of the forum.

so about my problem?
The problem is that my personal profile language is - russian - so everything is fine, an I can see everyting corectly like in the screenshot above.

But if You not logged in, or if you have another language profile different from russian, all what you can see is that -

Is that something what I can do to fix this problem, to have main forum language on english and to see corectly the russian letters?
