Can admin see private messages of members?

So, can admin (in this case, me) see private messages of members?

They said yes, but wont tell you how. I don't think it's possible.

Without changing your password, this is impossible to administrators to seen your private meessage.

Note that this is forbidden even for an administrator to do that.

Request help here if you have a doubt.
