Loading Images Empty Loading Images

I have looked everwhere and have just set up a forum for www.jetskifishing.forumotion.net as others have said having issues loading images on posts. I can load an ftp file but as far as uploadong to a host server like www.servimg.com I get some errors like Unable to create directories : /home/servimg/u/f43/13/13/66/50/
can any one advise so i can learn do do correctly?
