Solved Transfering the PhPBB User Database

Hello, I am the admin of http://mgsleague.omgforum.net/ and recently i have decided to try and get another forum which is PhPBB 3.0, i need to get the user database onto a new forum that is being hosted on my servers, So if anyone could help me with this problem please do Mr. Green

Its not possible... Forumotion doesn't give out the database, not even if you pay.
