you mean like www.your-forum.forumotion.com ?
if you want to change this under line it cant be but if you want to change the name of your forum it can be by go to admin panal > general > forum > forum address > fill your forum adress at Quick update of your forum name > edit a link

you can also buy a domain under the Misc. option in the Admin CP
