Member has trouble with chatbox Empty Member has trouble with chatbox

I have a chatbox on my forum and one of my members, RayRay, has some issues. He gets a script error occasionally and it also doesn't auto refresh, even though he has it checked. Can anyone help solve this problem? It's been happening quite a while to RayRay. Sad
