Why won't any new members join?

My forum is @ http://mobiusrp.forumsrpg.com/forum.htm

If you try to register, it'll say that I'm not allowing new users. LIE!! I SPECIFICALLY set it to ACCEPT new members! Why the cheese isn't it letting new members in?

I filled in yes but it still won't let me re-register, as in log off and make a new account just to test whether others can join.

Did you check if your forum is not on holiday?

There is a option in the admin panel,

General>Configuration>
Forum on holiday,
