Administrators have forbidden any new members

Please.. new user cant register what should i do..
i already check the "ALLOW NEW MEMBERS! but everytime they will click the register this will appear
"Administrators have forbidden any new members."

Please help me...

That is a really big problem over there.
Hmmmm.....
Try consulting the Admin here, so they can inform there technicians about this serious problem.
Wait for Admin to go online. And then try asking this problem to them. Maybe they have an idea how to resolve your problem.
