I voted no. Site founder owns the place, he created the site and thus the site belongs to him.

Voted no.
Founder shouldnt be able to be banned.
Who else doe the forum belong to?
The ban is also unable to be held, after all founder has access to founder tools, and can revoke his ban via them tools.
And i dont think that he can be banned.

This isn't possible, however, I think it should be that the founder cannot be taken out of the admin group.
