strange happenings

I have 1 member on my board that is having strange problems that I've never experienced before.
1) She is unable to use siggies. I've personally loaded the link for her and nothing.
2) The background of our board (here is it the smilie face), is showing up all over her entire screen. She has to highlight the wording to be able to read posts.

We have 62 members and she is the only one with these problems. Thanks.

First, we need some info :

1- What is your forum address? (I suggest you to put it in your profile)

2- Which browser does the member use? (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, etc.)

Ask her to do a screenshot of what she sees.

If she doesn't know how, here are the instructions.

1- While she's on the page, she pushes the Print Screen key (It is often located right from the F12 key)

2- Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint

3- Once Paint is launched : Edit > Paste

4- She can modify the image by cutting off useless parts or putting lines, circles or rectangles to show something.

5- Then she saves it in .JPG format

6- Then she hosts the screenshot on Imageshack.
