How to add "gtalk id" like Skype and Yahoo on forums

We have an option to add SKYPE / YAHOO IDs in the user profile
How to add GTALK ID .. so that users get an option to fill it up ...
and when you click on th gtalk icon, the id should be added to his gtalk profile.

To do it just like the others, the Tech would have to add it.

But you can do it via personnal profile
