Navigation widget Empty Navigation widget

When I try to add a link to the navigation widget it shows up like this...

If you know how to undo the automatic enter I would really like to know. I checked it in the administrators panel and I did not add any spaces. I tried deleting them and making them again and it just did the same thing.

Theres been a bug about this and the Tech are looking into this.
