Is There A Global Header & Global Footer?

I was wondering if forumotion forums have global headers and footers and if so, how do I get to them and is it possible to edit them?

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about something that is on the top or bottom of your website, no matter what page you are on?

If you are refering to something like a global thread, than no.

Sorry, but its not possable at the moment, however you can suggest this in the suggestions for your forums forum.

Yes there is a global footer and Hearder in templates/General and find these pages:

overall_footer
overall_header_new

But, remember your forum have to be PHPBB2 to edit these pages.
