Its possible, change the header from ACP > Display > Pics Management > Advanced

Same thing Sanket said.

But, to be more specific :

Admin Panel >

Display tab >

Pictures and Colors -- Pics Management >

When the page that tells you to choose your images management mode, select Advanced Mode >

Your background management will be the first selection on the sectioned page. Insert the URL link of your image into the Icon url (Internet address) section, or you could just upload an image from any of your files. >

Then, just save your new settings.
