Is it possible to allow my members to close their own threads without being moderators?

I don't know if I explained myself well enough. I would like to know if it was possible to allow my members to be able to close their own threads without being moderators or having any of the other moderation abilities.

Add a topic icon to the list. The topic icon will say closed or something to that effect.
