Hi im the founder of boysingreen we want to delete our forums however ive forgot the admin log in details im the founder and i know what email addres i used however i cant for the lif of me remember my password ,is the sime recovary i could do thanx

Im trying to log into my founder account we have new forums dont need these ones no more i want do delete them

Hello |BIG|JIMBO,

Why don't you recover your founder account by using the Utilities, and if successful, you can delete your forums from the founder account you retrieve?

Thats were im trying to log into but ive forgot my pass word there is no button sying forgot pw or anything ?

I'm sure there is a forgot your password option. Maybe you cannot see it due to your forums' colours. How about you press Ctrl+F on the forums' log in page and try locating it there? May I also have a link to your forums?

You have to delete your forums from the Administration Panel. Go to:

1) Administration Panel
2) General Tab
3) Forum Deletion (on the left, under Forum)
4) Type 'DELETE' as required, it will send an email to your founder's account to confirm

Are you in advanced mode? If not, then that maybe why. To switch to it, go to your Administration Panel's home, and click on Advanced. This is also occurs if your account is not the founder's account.

im in advanced and im also the one who made the forums(founer) back in march this year

Everything seems to be in order. However, I've looked at the member list and you need to be on the account of "Admin". Not |BIG|JIMBO as he is not the founder. Your account is the fourth registered accout there.

Can i just say base has just give me a first class service
