Question about ToS

I want to ask am i allowed to put DOWNLOAD links of FREEWARE programs etc and/or things i've made (example, tuts - via rapidshare, or movie dl links - again by me, and stuff like that)?

I repeat i do NOT have shareware dl links, because i know that would break ToS, but i'm just interested in this question. i wouldn't like to see my forum getting deleted by that scanner or whatever its called

its online guard.

I believe, considering it's freeware and that you made it that you could share it with people without breaking the ToS.

yea, that would have to be the smartest thing iv heard out of this forum for a while (except from kilsek and sanket)

Will ex-staff do? I personally don't see how it would break the Terms of Service. If it's freeware, then it should be OK.
