Portal Homepage

I know Im probably overlooking it,but I cant find it. How do you choose whether to make your portal or forum index your home page?

If you switch off Portal --> Index will be your homepage.
In this case, if you like to have Portal, just make an extra button "Portal" on the nav. panel.
