Titles Alignement Problem

Hi i have a forum, recently i changed skin.
Here's my problem

In this screen, on Mozila Firefox you can see titles are on the left.


And in this one, on Internet Explorer you can see titles centered (looks ugly )


So i want to make it so even in internet explorer it shows titles on left like for mozilla's one

its seem you skin got css bug there, If you don't mind, what skin exactly you use there?

i have to look on that skin css first before try to figure it out what really cause that

please i really want to make it look better
