Sun, Moon and Planets Empty Sun, Moon and Planets

Post by Peter April 11th 2006, 12:56 am

When you look at the sky, you are tempted to go and see more closely what's on the moon or near it. But I think it's mutch more interesting to think of the way all that happened.

Early on the morning of April 12, 1981, two astronauts sat strapped into their seats on the flight deck of Columbia, a radically new spacecraft known as the space shuttle.

John Young, the commander, had already flown in space four times, including a walk on the moon in 1972. Bob Crippen, the pilot, was a Navy test pilot who would go on to command three future shuttle missions. But nothing either man had done or would do was quite like this.

Well If I was lucky enought in my life, I would've love flying up to the moon and be like Young and Crippen, a star above the stars. If you had the choice what would you do ? Do you have any interest in the planets ?

I think it would also be coll to be in one of those spacecrafts, but the training is reallyhard, and when you come back on Earth, you need a severe rehabilitation. but I wouls still love to do it anyway dwarf
