I need help
What I am wondering is how can I upload SWF, FLV or Flash Templates to my Forum so I can like make a Flash Intro for the Homepage?

Like where do I upload the templates etc..
I have directions that say Upload these to your files folder of your website
then they will fully work! but where do I do this?
