Cant promote my forum here...

hello everyone..
i know that this topic content has been seen in many other topics , but when i tried to find out why i couldnt , i wouldnt come up with a solution...
When i tried to advert my forum in this section : Forum promotion (Forumotions only) , it said : Only members with the right of access can open topics here... (i dont know exactly what it said coz im greek and i use the greek language here)..
can someone help me plz??

You have to first post a presentation in this thread, once it gets accepted it will be moved to the right section.
