What I'm asking you to do is to readjusting

and this one
into something like this:
Insignia 1
Insignia 2
and i only need the collar above. it might not be an easy task to perform but i would
really appreciate it if you could do it, thanks!

sorry but what I meant was to for an example reanimate the whole icon since those 2 are a little messy
