Data Protection

Forgive me if I posted in the wrong section, but I have tried to find a section of this website that relates to data protection rules on forums.

Does anyone know if this information exists anywhere on the help section, or somewhere on the net.

Its just that our forum is for mummies with babies, so we want to make sure everything is all legal, if people post things, or about any of the data, i.e babies details etc
