Skins

First of all, I want to know where to download BB skins from. I don't like them from hitskin and I want proffesional ones for my clan website (weve been using forumotion for a long time as its one of the best free forums hoster) And second, how can i change .TPL files to bb? (if its possible, cause i downloaded from a site a good looking template but wont work to upload.

You cant do any of these. You can ask Jalokim for his forum to request one that you will have to buy and you will be the only one using it.
