Junk mail on the forum, I shocked

OMG, what is happening to my forum. I got junk mail display on my forum and it make my forum less elegant. Can sumone fix it? I so shocked.

Its an advert, you have to buy credits to remove it

Do the adverts only appear on the Portal?

yes, it does appear on portal as you can see in my screenshot.

You can choose who sees ads:
All, members, guests.
as well as
"You allow images and videos formats for your ads :"
to get rid of the for a specified period of time, you have to buy credits as someone said.
