Date
Everytime when someone post something on my forum it will hold on the same date as i started. i started with it april 10th and when i post today you see april 10th again and not april 20th (today).

You certainly made a mistake when you've changed the date format. Check in your profile and in your forum configuration.

Yeah, i understand that. But i filled in: D M j Y G: T. But it stays on 10th april.
