Admin panel >> Users & Groups (tab) >> user option > user activation > set to Automatic > save.

From the screenshot you posted earlier it looks like there are some technical issues that need solving. I suggest you pm Caihlem or Typlo.

The admins can make a change on this though. Moderators can give advice but they do not have the power to make important edits like might be needed.

Thayer, try changing the URL of your website to something else & see. One of my friends had encountered a similar problem, so he created a new forum with another URL & the problem sorted out. If your forum is not new, see if that works out.

did you try using the .forummotion.com extension? Use that
See if that works.

and i changed to (.buygoo.net )

then i made new forum with ( .top-talk.net )
