Character sheet questions..

Hey, ive been going through the guide for the character sheet and trying to set it up, but im just tottally lost and would really appreciate it if i get these couple questions answered.
1- I am trying to set it up so that all users have a specific HP, 0/100 XP (at the start), and some money. How can I make it so that everytime someone posts, they gain some XP and money. If i cant do it like that, then how is it possible with the Dice Roll?
2- In the Admin CP under modules>fields styles there is a part that says Picture associated with this field. I dont understand what im supposed to type in that bar. Also, how do i get pictures as seen in the tutorial under section 3

One thing tho, and that is what do you mean you place a picture there. Is it a link to a site? The location of a picture on my machine? Where do i get the links from if it its from a site?
