New Topic Bottons

Can someone make new bootns for these please?
I want same size.

Category: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Change: Folder is blue and looks like [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Category - New: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Change: Folder is red and same style.Add in some small papers if you can.

Category - Locked : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Change: Folder is blue and looks like this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] .But has the lock.

Forum: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Change: Page is blue.

Forum - New : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Change: Page is red.

Forum - Locked : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Change: Plain lock from this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.],but fill up the size of the circle.

Take out the folder from: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.],and fill up the lock in the circle to replace the Folder.
